This includes proactively identifying and cultivating potential acquisition, investment, or partnership targets aligned with Teradyne’s strategic and financial priorities; maintaining an informed view of relevant industry, technology, and competitive landscapes; and developing initial financial and strategic cases to advance opportunities for internal consideration. As experience and credibility are established, the role will assume end‑to‑end execution responsibility for smaller transactions, including initial evaluation, diligence coordination, transaction structuring, internal approvals, and close, operating within Teradyne’s established governance and decision‑making frameworks and in partnership with Corporate Development leadership.
