Responsibilities: Drive execution of artificial intelligence strategy, including co-creation of the AI agent ecosystem with data science teams Enable and expand high-performance compute capabilities supporting Biomedical Research outcomes Own and manage a capability-driven delivery segment, balancing value, risk, capacity, and investment priorities Translate enterprise strategy and architecture into segment-level objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes Ensure predictable and coordinated delivery across initiatives within agreed scope, timelines, and budget as well as managing dependencies with adjacent delivery segments and other Data & Digital functionsProvide portfolio-level prioritisation and investment insights to support strategic decision-making Lead and develop delivery leads and team members, building a high-performing and collaborative team environment Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and the wider organisationEstablish and maintain close relationships with other functions in Data & Digital as well as senior leaders in corporate IT to collaborate on the delivery and improvement of corporate-owned platforms that serve Biomedical Research needs.
