Manage day-to-day activities and execution of our customer connection - follow established contract review procedures and provide accurate quoting, order entry, status, shipments, returns, credits, and customer portals; being proactive when interacting with customers and resolving potential issues.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the execution of customer connections by acting as a customer advocate and facilitating essential communication and problem-solving among customers, the plant, and the quality, supply chain, and finance departments.
