This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Humana Student Services Office and works closely with the Dean, department chairs, program directors, faculty, and University partners to advance student success, retention, and graduation goals within the College of Business. Develop and maintain student success reports including, but not limited to, probation reports, non-enrolled student reports, major change reports, cohort tracking reports, and other student success metrics.
