guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to Information Technology and Cyber systems; Formulating program goals, plans, policies, and work plans dealing with the development and operation of command-wide functions and activities; Planning, organizing, and directing the functions of an organization as well as supervising, mentoring, motivating and appraising the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors; Analyzing, planning, and adjusting work operations of subordinate organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources; Utilizing subordinate supervisors to direct and oversee the work of subordinate organizations; and Planning work to be accomplished by subordinate organizations, setting/adjusting short-term and/or long-term priorities, and preparing overall plans/schedules for accomplishment of objectives. Examples of specialized experience includes Must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving AND one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-14 (or equivalent in other pay systems) which includes Demonstrate applying the policies, principles, concepts.
