Damp wipe and buff all glass furnishings Clean entry door glass indoors and outer surface Remove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, and around light switches, private entry glass and dividers Wash, clean and sterilize all water coolers Sweep private stairways, and vacuum if carpeted Clean building floors, by sweeping and mopping Clean and sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms. Instruct all staff on use of incident form and process including immediately notifying the General Manager, District and/or Parish contact, school site contact in instances involving any injury, fight or assault of any kind, claim of inappropriate employee behavior, or anything of a sexual nature. Maintain daily dispatch log including employee check in times, athletic trip schedules, bus & driver daily assignments so that anyone can look at the dispatch log and know who drove which route on which day.
