The HR Coordinator will provide human resources support to the HR Community leader in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, file management, learning and development, associate relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, workers’ compensation, administering policies and procedures, new associate orientation/on-boarding and HRIS. Work with other community HR representatives, Home Office and assist the community to comply with human resources related company policies as well as all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
