Address and resolve title matters of record, including defects, liens, encroachments, probate matters, and judgment issues; review of survey and title objections raised by Borrowers and Lenders, and coordination with applicable underwriters and/or underwriting counsel for necessary approvals . Provide counsel and oversight for title and closing matters for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, construction financing, lot development and closings .
