Assistant Manager - Chick-fil-A Newport Pavilion

Are you a motivated, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Chick-fil-A is looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to lead from the front and help drive operational excellence. If you're at least 18 years old, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and bring at least one year of management experience with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable, this could be the opportunity for you.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team member
• At least 1 year in a management role with a track record of being able to coach a team and hold team members accountable
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must submit and pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
• Shifts will be 2pm-11pm
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in training of staff to optimize performance
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards while promoting a positive work environment
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and success
