Additional duties may include; ordering supplies, med cart audits, tracking lab orders, assisting with the preparation of required document prior to in house physician visits, assisting with resident file organization, Memory Care Safety Room checks, scheduling and finding replacements for call offs. The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of resident care needs including, but not limited to drafting the schedule, maintenance of required logs such as the physician appointment log and the pharmacy log, filing and organization of the clinical record, retrieval of signed physician orders, etc.
