PRIMARY FUNCTION: Serve TNT’s mission by building and fostering relationships in a fun, positive, and safe environment. Preschool coaches create and/or implement age-appropriate activities to enhance skill development and achieve the desired skill objectives.HOURLY WAGE: $14.00 to $24.00Responsibilities and Preferred Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>All candidates must have a passion for building relationships and positively influencing youth through movement</li><li>Unlock Potential while learning all content needed to teach the curriculum</li><li>Complete administrative tasks associated with scheduled classes (attendance, skill tracking, evaluations, etc.)</li><li>Keep customers safe by teaching age-appropriate activities and enforcing gym safety rules.</li><li>Complete all nightly cleaning duties and gym reset tasks.</li><li>Stay current with upcoming TNT Events.</li><li>Maintain all required certifications pertinent to position (TNT will train all required skills and certifications)</li><li>Experience as a gymnast or ninja athlete, or working as a gymnastics or ninja coach, childcare employee, preschool teacher, para educator, or elementary teacher preferred</li><li>Attending, interested in attending, or graduated from university for: Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Physical Education, Psychology, Primary Education, Developmental & Adaptive Physical Education, Exercise Science, Coaching, Nursing, Health Education, or Special Education.</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Physical tasks such as moving, adjusting, and setting up equipment upwards of 50lbs.</li><li>Ability to position self in multiple ways to ensure safety through performance of specific skills.</li><li>TNT is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly and self-reliant.</li></ul>TNT’s Preschool Coaches may work in the following programs:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Baby & Toddler gymnastics</li><li>Preschool gymnastics</li></ul>Hours will vary with this position throughout the year:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Flexible scheduling including training hours</li><li>Shifts Available:<ul><li>Monday-Friday 3:45 PM-7:00 PM</li><li>Saturday 11:30 AM-5 PM</li><li>No experience necessary</li></ul></li></ul> #hc203513
