p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping • At least 2 years of experience managing Federal grants and working with OMB Circular guidelines • Familiarity with Workday software; CPA certification is a plus. BASIC FUNCTION: Ensure robust fiscal practices, maintain effective systems of internal control, and optimize resource coordination to support the Howard University Center of Excellence (HU-CoE) Project's objectives.
