Key Responsibilities of the Director of Finance & Administration

• Oversee all financial operations, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management

• Lead office operations, facilities management, space planning and asset management

Qualifications for the Director of Finance & Administration

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, administration, operations or related functions

• Experience managing budgets, audits, procurement, contracts and human resources
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of financial management, internal controls and compliance
• 
  
• CPA is preferred
• 
  
• Advanced degree preferred
