RESPONSIBILITIES:- As the first point of contact for employees, clients and consumers, this position must focus on customer service and be the positive presence for the office.
- Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable! It’s the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager on fostering a culture of learning and development for both their coaches and families that attend the center and delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition.
