Preparing, organizing & submitting Monthly Statistical Reports for Owners & their Lenders, encompassing Progress Reporting & Outline, RFI-Logs, Bulletin Logs, CO Logs, Submittal Logs, Cost-Control Reports, including Contingency transfers & allocation, and Man-power Reports. Candidate must be a highly motivated, cost-conscious, organized, multi-tasker with good communication and paperwork skills including job reporting, weekly progress job meetings, and dealing directly with Owners & Design Teams in addition to the Trades.
