A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with DOD stakeholders to collect, maintain, and refine complex datasets (e.g., force structure modeling, operation readiness, and global logistics data); and, A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated ability leading DOD analytic and/or operations research teams focused on force structure planning, capability gap assessment, or force posture analysis as a Team Lead. A minimum of 10 years, possessing adeptness in interfacing clients regarding data-driven policy decisions, requirements generation, and strategic planning, as well as demonstrated expertise in using Structured Query Language (SQL) to manage and query logistics and force inventories, personnel readiness databases, and intelligence reports.
