Overview: Thompson Hospitality Facilities is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project/Floor Care Technician to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of flooring surfaces throughout the campus of Lincoln University. This position is responsible for performing specialized floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and preventative maintenance in academic buildings, residence halls, administrative offices, dining facilities, and common areas.
