Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
The position focuses on delivering exceptional in-person and phone-based service, handling payments and billing inquiries, and supporting a wide range of utility account activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
