The Accounting Manager supervises accounting staff, serves as a subject matter expert for student receivables management, develops and maintains policies and procedures, resolves complex accounting and system discrepancies, and supports audit readiness, operational efficiency, informed decision-making, student success, and the overall financial integrity of the institution.
Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, reconcile large data sets, prepare reports, explain findings, and communicate accounting or compliance matters clearly to staff, leadership, auditors, and campus partners.
