p>General Responsibilities: • Conduct accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial management reporting, and variance analysis of operating expenses • Build story-driven presentations with data-driven insights, and deliver to senior audiences • Engage with business partners to analyze and manage cost drivers and to prioritize resources • Independently coordinate workstreams and deliverables under either open-ended or tight timelines, including ad-hoc and special projects • Identify and enable continuous improvements across the team to drive efficiencies • Indirectly manage and develop associates.
