Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience within financial accounting, reporting,audit, or financial control roles, including experience operating at a senior level CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification, with strong US accountingand reporting experience required Able to work hours that provide significant overlap with the UK-based finance team,including an 08:00 ET start if US-based Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial control experience Strong understanding of US GAAP, with exposure to IFRS and international or multi-entitybusiness structures preferred Experience supporting consolidated reporting, audits, and compliance activities withincomplex or international organisation Experience with lender reporting, payroll, tax processes, and regulatory complianceactivities Comfortable managing detailed operational finance activities and maintaining accuratefinancial records Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively across international teams Strong spreadsheet and financial systems skills, including experience working with ERP orreporting systems Experience working within an international technology, corporate, listed, or privateequity-backed business would be advantageous Experience gained within a larger accounting firm or corporate finance environment wouldbe beneficialWHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?Job satisfaction; working for a company that is genuinely making people's lives better and helpingto reduce the impact of internet-based crime.
