Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a non-profit organization seeking a Staff Accountant in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

Assist with monthly contract invoices including entering into the general ledger
Record all gifts/receivables within the general ledger and reconcile AR
Review payroll records and prepare payroll journal entry
Assist with audit preparation

Background Expected of the Staff Accountant:

Associate degree in accounting or related field OR additional 3 years of working experience
1+ year(s) of experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in payroll is highly preferred
Nonprofit industry familiarity is a plus

Salary Range:
$55,000 - 60,000
