Maintains sustained field engagement across active projects within the assigned region by routinely walking job sites, observing work in progress, engaging crews and supervision, and following up to verify hazards are mitigated and controls remain effective; coordinates multiple project visits and overnight travel as project conditions require. The Regional HSE Professional collaborates with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to provide field-based coaching, verification, and escalation support related to health, safety, and environmental risk management; however, this position does not direct day-to-day construction operations, production sequencing, scheduling, staffing, or means and methods.
