Didactic Curriculum includes over 100 formal didactic sessions designed to cover the NCCPA CAQ-EM topics list and more, over 4 hours of PA and Physician Resident level training weekly, professional development series, Morbidity and Mortality Conference, Vituity Spring Symposium, Vituity Partnership Conference, SEMPA Conference for SEMPA Bowl fellow representatives, and additional supplemental training resources including online modules, EM Coach board review in preparation for CAQ-EM, Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association (EMRA) tool suite, and Emergency Medicine Reviews and Perspectives (EMRAP) resources. 15-month rigorous program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center founded in 2009 designed to graduate competent PA’s in Emergency Medicine (EM) and advanced procedures modeled on the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Model of Clinical Practice, Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) procedural guidelines, and the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) post-graduate program guidelines.
