- Must have a Bachelors degree in professional engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) (ABET).
- Knowledge of capabilities and application of automated technology, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), to develop and modify specification drawing and layouts and generate graphic presentations
