Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field + 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field + Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, incentive administration, or related work preferred + Exposure to executive compensation, equity, or regulatory reporting is a plus + Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems or reporting tools preferred + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights + Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting information clearly + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy + Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment At Textron, we believe that thriving at work starts with balance. + Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to support pay decisions and program administration + Maintain, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance + Perform data analysis, modeling, reporting, and presentation materials to inform compensation strategy and leadership discussions + Support executive compensation activities, including data gathering, analysis, and preparation of materials such as the proxy statement used in governance-related processes + Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs and respond to compensation-related questions + Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects related to compensation programs and tools + Stay current on compensation trends, market practices, and relevant regulatory developments + Perform other duties and projects, as needed.
