Responsibilities
- Manage definite bookings (groups and events) that are turned over by the sales team; organize bookings from date of contract signing to departure, including meeting & event requirements, rooming lists, guest room pickup, monitor cut-off dates, food & beverage planning and audio-visual needs.
- Plan and/or attend and/or participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including but not exclusive to: Resume Meeting, BEO Meeting, Sales Meeting Pre-Convention Meetings, Planning Visits and Menu Tastings.
