Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido is seeking an experienced Banquet Cook (Line Cook II) to support our high-volume events, catering, and banquet operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing banquet-style menus, including both hot and cold items, for a wide range of events-from plated dinners to buffet service. Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido is seeking an experienced Banquet Cook (Line Cook II) to support our high-volume events, catering, and banquet operations.

This role will entail developing tools and materials to garner support and awareness of programs, gathering data for program reporting, and using said materials and communication skills for partnership acquisition and building off developed programmatic efficiency. The Special Events and Operations Associate VISTA will be supporting the development, execution, expansion, and reporting of programmatic events and classes utilizing processes developed in Year 1.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Event Operations Specialist supports the Operations/Event Managers in delivering high-quality event setups, breakdowns, and logistical operations.

p>Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Physical fitness and stamina, as this position involves lifting and carrying event equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up event venues according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
