li>Close sales by prospecting and developing relationships, analyzing needs and opportunities, developing effective proposals, negotiating terms, documenting activity, and thoroughly following up on issues pertaining to the sale and delivery of services to customers in a timely manner.

p>What You Will Need:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; one year of direct supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the hospitality, sports facility, concert venue, or convention industry.
• Verifies the cleanliness of all restrooms, lobbies, foyers, loading docks, meeting rooms, exhibition halls and the exterior of the facility by performing routine inspections during assigned shift.

The Event Operations Specialist supports the Operations/Event Managers in delivering high-quality event setups, breakdowns, and logistical operations.

p>Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Physical fitness and stamina, as this position involves lifting and carrying event equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up event venues according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.

Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections).
