Perform receptionist duties for the program including: answering the telephone, responding to emails, forwarding messages, attending to program participants & visitors, updating spreadsheets, and scheduling/confirming appointments by making phone calls. 2. Perform clerical work including: Typing, filing, computer data entry, picking up the mail, keeping office supply inventory, cleaning/organizing supplies, setting up/attending SSS events and tablings, and running other daily errands.
