Core Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other scheduled maintenance services Conduct digital vehicle inspections using our Roadworthy Inspection® system and document findings accurately Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics as directed Maintain a clean, organized bay and follow all shop safety procedures Communicate professionally with service advisors on job status and findings Participate in ongoing training to build technical skills and pursue ASE certifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Genuine interest in automotive service and a desire to grow in the trade Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Basic automotive knowledge (oil types, tire specs, fluid services) Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs occasionally, and work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive shop, lube center, or dealership service department Entry-level ASE certifications (we'll pay for the next ones!) 4.
