    A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a senior-level ICU Director to provide leadership and oversight for its intensive care unit. This is an on-site position requiring relocation to the Las Cruces area within 30 to 45 days of hire. Partial relocation assistance is available.

    The role. The ICU Director is responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the intensive care unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care in accordance with regulatory and professional standards. This individual will guide nursing staff, manage unit operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care outcomes. The position draws on both ICU clinical expertise and demonstrated leadership capability.

    What we're looking for.

    • Previous leadership experience required
    • ICU experience required
    • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
    • Active New Mexico RN license or a qualifying compact license; must obtain NM licensure after start date
    • Ability to relocate within 30–45 days

    Schedule. This is an in-person, on-site role; remote work is not available. Travel is not required.

    Compensation. $120,000 - $150,000 per year
