Oversee data tracking and documentation to ensure accurate and timely billingProvide training to employees as needed to ensure quality servicesReport incidents and concerns regarding the safety and well-being, program, medical, behavioral, emotional, and social-emotional needs of those served to VP of Operations and Mission Engagement, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Quality AssuranceOversee the Incident Management Process and ensure timely reporting of all incidents, as required by the Incident Management Bulleting and Peaceful Living policesOversee and participate in the on-call rotation to ensure quality care and services at all timesAttend meetings and trainings regarding the care and support of those servedAdditional duties as assigned Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or four years of management experience in the IDD services field.
