As a Business Process Manager - II (Associate), you will be instrumental in supporting the strategic and operational success of the Patient Health Innovation team. Your expertise will help translate high-level objectives into clear, measurable actions, ensuring seamless execution and cross-functional alignment. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, empowering you to influence key decisions that drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.

Pay $73.47/hour

Required Skills:

• Proven project management experience in a corporate or healthcare setting
• Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep understanding of business processes and operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactivity and strategic thinking
• Exceptional teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions
• Leadership qualities and the capacity to handle complex, cross-organizational initiatives

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries
• Commercial pharma experience
• Background supporting senior leaders or participating in executive-level meetings
• Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvements
• Demonstrated success in a large, matrixed organization

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s/MBA with around 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management or business operations

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work remotely, ideally once or twice a week
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to support and facilitate strategic initiatives and cross-functional meetings
