p>Duties include (but are not limited to): • Respond to work orders assigned by the supervisor to University buildings for temperature problems, leaks, smells and repairs; • Troubleshoot and repair chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning units, fan coils, valves, associated pumps and related cooling equipment, boilers, heat exchangers, hot water pumps, pneumatic and DDC controls, valves and related heated equipment, as well as performing water treatment services on associated heating and cooling systems and pools; • Utilize building management software system to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems; • Perform backup duties for the Central Heat Plant Operator when required; • Other duties as assigned.
