The Administrative Support Specialist handles a wide range of responsibilities including scheduling, communications, event coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation management. Associate's degree in business or related fields and 3 years of previous administrative assistant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This team is responsible for communicating with flight crews, pilots in command (PIC), weather service, communication centers, hospitals, fixed-base operator (FBO) and other services.
