Wash dishes, glasses, pots, and pans by hand or via commercial dishglass washer • Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware, and flatware • Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource • Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets • Removal of garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins • Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and outside areas. 1 or more year of experience in dishwashing or comparable position Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools, and other required equipment safely Ability to follow instructions, anticipate needs, and multitask Can work individually and within a team environment Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Must be able to move, pull, or lift at least 35 pounds Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift.
