Location & Work Type Location: Jacksonville, Florida Work Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Develop and own the company’s overall marketing strategy, aligned with revenue, growth, and customer acquisition objectives Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide planning and decision-making Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, content, and communications Drive predictable, scalable pipeline generation across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments Own funnel performance from awareness through conversion, in close partnership with Sales Establish and track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, ROI) Strengthen brand positioning and messaging to clearly articulate value propositions and competitive differentiation Oversee product marketing, including go-to-market strategies, launches, pricing support, and enablement Manage external communications, including PR, thought leadership, and industry presence Lead digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, website optimization, email, and marketing automation Develop messaging architecture and landing pages by segment and use case Lead conversion rate optimization and demo routing improvements Develop lifecycle marketing programs that support onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention Build case studies, testimonials, and reference programs Lead customer webinars, customer success proof, and community or peer group initiatives Leverage customer insights, analytics, and feedback to continuously optimize performance Own and manage the marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset Implement scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support growth Qualifications Required: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and supporting ARR expansion Experience building and leading marketing teams in a growth-stage environment Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and execution Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience marketing to Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and similar professionals. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth, accelerates brand awareness, and supports customer retention and expansion.
