Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 260 days Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a home health setting within the last ten years. License: Current RN Licensure in Client Certifications: BLS required before the start date Must-Have: - Recent experience conducting comprehensive assessments of patients. - Experience in a home care setting, working with Certified Home Health Agencies, Licensed Home Care Service Agencies, or Managed Long-Term Care. - Experience providing primary care to homebound individuals and care management for persons receiving home and community-based services. Description: The role requires the ability to review health status questions and make evaluations based on UAS criteria for enrollment. Candidates must be comfortable working with technology in the workplace. Knowledge of the principles and practices of professional nursing is essential. Understanding state and agency regulations governing nursing practices is necessary. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
