The Regional Director (INW)- Women's Services is responsible for the planning, direction, and financial viability and clinical integration of assigned careline services, programs, and operations, provided by MultiCare facilities assuring the adequate and efficient provision of resources, an environment that facilitates optimal patient care, and the marketing of those services. Work situations are frequently non-routine requiring a broad vision of the future of the health care industry; sensitivity to the values and expectations of medical staff, management, employees, patients, investors, and community constituencies, complex data analysis, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision making.
