Ensures security needs of the property are met through measures including but not limited to proper maintenance and operations of cameras, electronic door and gate access, keyed locking mechanisms throughout the building, proper staffing levels, training of staff, development and execution of security and emergency response protocols, and education of community leadership and residents. Maintains all required inspection reports in current (non-expired) status according to manufacturer requirements, company policies, and regulatory codes on systems including but not limited to elevators, sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency call, gas plumbing, pools, fire extinguishers, emergency generators, grease traps, and all other systems governed by health, sanitation, and life safety code requirements.
