3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting executivesExperience with construction projects, AIA billing processes, and project documentation
Proficiency with QuickBooks (invoicing, bills, reconciliations) and basic accounting procedures
Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Optional but desirable: social media posting/marketing familiarity and comfort with basic graphic/layout tools
