Creating tech pack schematics and making good design decisions Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum required years of experience: 1+ YOE with schematic or graphic production design, ex: packaging, print design, footwear, technical graphic design, book design, typography Education requirements: Graphic Design Degree or similar Portfolios: Some design schematics have range as a graphic designer, digital design for print design, labeling design dimensions, separating layers, packaging design. They need to understand design thinking, but this is not a conceptual design role Interested in production, technical side of design, building schematics Nice to have skills: Knowledge of pre-press, screen printing, trims, printing process, typography Adobe illustrator, pre-press color separations, maintaining files for product design Strong footwear interest, but experience is not required
