This leadership position supervises a team of Heavy Equipment Operators responsible for loading transfer trailers, managing tipping floor operations, directing waste flow, and maintaining safe and efficient operations at a high-volume municipal transfer station that processes more than 1,000 tons of waste each day. The Transfer Station Crew Supervisor oversees daily transfer station operations and supervises Heavy Equipment Operators responsible for processing and managing municipal solid waste in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
