Constantly uses OD’s proprietary technology system permitting consistent monitoring of shipment locations as freight moves through the various terminals while communicating continuously throughout the day with associates, customers and team members verbally and through other computer operating systems. The supervisor must complete the various company and government forms utilized in freight movement such as shipping orders, city stripping manifests, freight bills, inter-terminal movement forms (ITM's) and exception forms.
You will lead and work alongside a small team, responding to scheduled and emergency service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems at the company's clients' facilities. Providing ongoing performance feedback to shop staff which includes but not limited to completing and conducting performance reviews; providing ongoing performance coaching; celebrating and rewarding successes and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, utilization of people, and quality of product.

p>Graduation from a four-year college or university preferably in Criminal Justice, or a Social Science and three years of experience in a juvenile detention or a similar setting; OR, Associate's degree preferably in Criminal Justice or a Social Science and five years of experience in a juvenile detention or a similar setting: OR, High School Diploma or GED and seven years of experience in a juvenile detention or a similar setting. Key responsibilities include assisting the Program Manager and Director with organizational planning, participating in personnel processes, setting daily program priorities, and making operational adjustments based on available resources.
You must be knowledgeable about department and store operations; provide outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community; help enforce loss prevention procedures; and ensure that your area of responsibility is maintained, properly merchandised and the store is operationally sound.
