Providing ongoing performance feedback to shop staff which includes but not limited to completing and conducting performance reviews; providing ongoing performance coaching; celebrating and rewarding successes and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Continually evaluate processes and methods, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, utilization of people, and quality of product.

You will lead and work alongside a small team, responding to scheduled and emergency service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems at the company's clients' facilities.
