Duties involve collaborating with Contract Managers (CM), program management, program and fiscal officers, internal department auditors, and legal resources to ensure that contract paperwork is timely, accurate, and flowing smoothly through department processes. The position, as part of the DCM management team, works to improve operations and effectiveness; collaborating with program managers and other division leadership to improve strategies and implement changes; and conducting planning, evaluation, and staffing functions.
