Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (winter), Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (summer)

What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for
• leading, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance goals

• handling on-call rotation responsibilities approximately one week per month
