The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting production needs for their designated area in the multi-plant manufacturing campus, leading large capital projects with a cross functional team, developing process improvements, and leading implementation on the production floor. Dexter is the premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving the commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets.
