Qualified applicants must have three (3) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, or substantially similar position, performing the following: 1) Designing and developing process flows, production part approval process (PPAP), control plans; 2) Performing cycle time analysis; 3) performing continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management; 4) Managing, planning, and executing various continuous improvement projects; 5) Implementing lean manufacturing principles; and 6) utilizing the following technologies: Power BI, CAD System (Solidworks), GD&T. Investigate problems, determine root cause, and implement corrective and preventative actions by communicating with and assisting cross-functional teams (including quality, engineering, production, materials, and purchasing) to resolve issues.
